What does JSKAPPS actually make?
We build our own client-side apps and scripts — browser extensions, Office/Excel add-ins, TradingView indicators and desktop apps. Not web apps, and not third-party listings; everything here is built and supported by us.
Do I need a separate account for each app?
No — that's the point. One JSKAPPS account is the single place to subscribe to, pay for, and manage every tool, with a shared credit wallet and one dashboard.
How do credits work?
Credits live in one universal wallet tied to your account. Tools that are billed per action draw from that balance, so a single top-up works across every pay-as-you-go tool.
Do I need an account to buy?
You can check out a one-time purchase as a guest with just your email, and we'll send a link to set a password. Credits, subscriptions and free trials need a quick sign-up.
Is my payment secure?
Payments run through Razorpay's hosted checkout — we never see or store your card details.
Which browsers and platforms do you support?
Our browser extensions run on Chrome, Edge and Firefox; add-ins cover Excel and Google Workspace; scripts run on TradingView; and desktop apps run on Windows and macOS. Each tool's page lists exactly where it works.
Can I try a tool before I pay?
Most paid tools include a free trial, and many have a free tier you can use with a JSKAPPS account. Whatever is left of a trial carries over to your paid period if you subscribe, so you never lose the days you didn't use.
What happens if I cancel a subscription?
You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for — cancelling never cuts you off mid-cycle. After that the licence simply lapses; nothing is charged again, and you can resubscribe any time from your dashboard.
How do refunds and invoices work?
Every purchase generates a downloadable invoice in your dashboard, and refunds follow the policy on each product's page. Because billing is unified, one receipt or refund request covers the tool involved — no chasing separate sellers.
