Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future
renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not
generally provide prorated refunds for the current period.

One-time purchases

If a product does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue, contact us
within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request for a refund.

Credits

Purchased credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credit balances may be
refundable at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

How to request

Email info@jskapps.com with your account email and order details. Approved refunds
are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay.
