These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and JSKAPPS ("JSKAPPS",
"we", "us", or "our"), operated by JSK Business Solutions Private Limited (CIN:
U93000WB2013PTC196574, GSTIN: 19AADCJ1632K1ZI), registered at Ground Floor, Surya Kiran
Apartment, 17 Bharat Chandra Roy Path, Shyamnagar, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal – 743127,
India. They
govern your access to and use of www.jskapps.com, our platform at api.jskapps.com,
and the apps, extensions, add-ins, and scripts we provide (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these
Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are and what the Service is

JSKAPPS builds its own client-side software — browser extensions, Office/Excel add-ins,
TradingView scripts, and desktop apps — and provides a single account through which you can
buy, subscribe to, license, and manage them. JSKAPPS is not a web application and is not a
marketplace for third-party sellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised
to bind it to these Terms.

3. Your account

  • You may register for an account, or check out as a guest with your email (we then create
    an account for you and send a link to set a password).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for all activity under your
    account, and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure.
  • Notify us promptly at info@jskapps.com of any unauthorised use.

4. Products, credits, subscriptions, and trials

  • One-time licences grant access to a product. A licence may be perpetual (no
    expiry) or a fixed-term pass (access ends after a stated period), as shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated interval until you cancel. You can
    cancel from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Credits are a prepaid balance held in one shared wallet and consumed as you use
    metered features. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are
    non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy    .
  • Free trials, where offered, provide time-limited access; one trial per person per
    product. Unless stated otherwise, access ends when the trial ends.
  • Manually-provisioned products (for example, a TradingView invite-only script) require
    you to provide the detail we need (such as your TradingView username). Access is granted
    on the third-party platform within the timeframe shown on the product page. If the detail
    you provide is incorrect, we may ask you to correct it before we can complete setup.
  • Externally-billed listings — some products are billed and managed on another site;
    those purchases are governed by that site's terms, not these Terms.

5. Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. You are responsible for any
applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; by paying you also agree to
Razorpay's terms. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend the related access.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on our website. Except as stated
there or as required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Licence and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and your payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-
transferable, revocable licence to use the products you acquire, for your own use. You must
not:
- copy, resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute a product, licence, or API key;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where the law
expressly permits;
- circumvent, tamper with, or interfere with metering, credits, entitlement checks, or
security;
- use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights, or to transmit malware; or
- overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.

8. API keys and developer use

Where a product uses an API key, you are responsible for keeping the key secret and for all
usage under it. You may rotate or revoke keys from your dashboard. We apply rate limits and
may throttle or suspend usage to protect the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The Service and all software, content, and trademarks are owned by JSKAPPS or its licensors
and are protected by law. These Terms grant you a licence to use the products, not any
ownership. You may not use our names or logos without permission.

10. Third-party platforms and stores

Our apps run on or are distributed through third-party platforms (browser web stores,
TradingView, and others), each governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for those
platforms' availability, policies, or actions, including any change that affects how a
product works.

11. Trading tools — important disclaimer

Some of our products are analysis, statistics, or backtesting tools for financial markets
(including TradingView scripts). These tools are provided for education, research, and
informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal
advice, and they do not constitute a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any
instrument. Past performance and backtested results do not guarantee future results.
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your
own decisions, and you should consult a qualified professional before making any financial
decision.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind,
whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or
secure, or that it will meet your requirements.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSKAPPS and its operators will not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of
profits, data, goodwill, or trading losses. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or
relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve
months before the claim, or the equivalent of INR 5,000. Some jurisdictions do not allow
certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JSKAPPS and its operators from claims, damages, and
expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to
protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. On
termination, your right to use the products ends; unused credits and unexpired access may be
forfeited except as required by law or our Refund Policy.

16. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will post updated Terms here and revise the
"Effective date". Material changes may also be notified to you. Continued use after an update
means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India,
except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
