This Privacy Policy explains how JSKAPPS ("JSKAPPS", "we", "us", or "our") collects,
uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use www.jskapps.com, our
accounts and billing platform at api.jskapps.com, and the apps, extensions, add-ins,
and scripts we make available through them (together, the "Service").
JSKAPPS is operated by JSK Business Solutions Private Limited (CIN:
U93000WB2013PTC196574, GSTIN: 19AADCJ1632K1ZI), registered at Ground Floor, Surya Kiran
Apartment, 17 Bharat Chandra Roy Path, Shyamnagar, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal – 743127,
India.
By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the
Service.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account data — your name, email address, and a password (stored only as a secure
one-way hash). If you check out as a guest, we collect your email to create your account.
- Purchase & billing data — the products, credits, licences, and subscriptions you buy,
your invoices, currency, and transaction history. We do not collect or store your full
card or bank details — payments are processed by Razorpay (see Section 4).
- Provisioning details — for products that are set up on a third-party platform (for
example, adding your TradingView username to an invite-only script), we collect the
specific detail needed to grant you access.
- Support & communications — messages you send us through the contact form, support
tickets, or email.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage & metering data — credits consumed, features used, access/entitlement checks,
API-key usage, and related timestamps, so we can operate and bill paid features.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and similar log data.
- Session data — authentication tokens stored in your browser's local storage to keep
you signed in.
- Cookies & analytics data — unless you opt out, cookies and related usage data
collected through Google Analytics (see Section 5).
Information from third parties
- Anti-spam signals — when you submit certain forms, Google reCAPTCHA processes your
interaction and IP address to score whether you are human. This is subject to Google's
privacy policy.
We do not collect special-category data, and we do not knowingly collect data from
children (see Section 11).
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- create and manage your account and a single, shared credit wallet;
- provide the apps you buy and determine your entitlements (purchases, renewals, trials);
- process payments, issue invoices, and prevent fraud;
- set up access to products provisioned on third-party platforms;
- send transactional emails (email verification, password resets, receipts, notifications);
- respond to your support requests;
- secure the Service, enforce our Terms, and prevent abuse (including rate-limiting and
spam protection);
- measure how visitors use our website (analytics), unless you opt out, to improve it;
- comply with our legal and accounting obligations; and
- understand and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where data-protection law (such as the GDPR) applies, we rely on: performance of a
contract (to provide the Service you request), legitimate interests (to secure,
maintain, and improve the Service — including measuring how our website is used — and
prevent abuse), consent (where you provide it), and legal obligation (accounting
and tax records).
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. When you pay, your payment details are collected
and processed directly by Razorpay under its own terms and privacy policy; we receive only
confirmation of the transaction and limited details (such as a payment reference and
amount). We do not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials on our servers.
5. Cookies and analytics
Essential storage. We use a small amount of browser storage that the Service needs to
work — for example, an authentication token kept in your browser's local storage to keep
you signed in, and a record of your cookie choice. This is always on because the Service
cannot function without it.
Analytics (on by default, with an opt-out). We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by
Google) to understand how visitors use www.jskapps.com — such as which pages are viewed
and how people arrive — so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes
limited technical data on our behalf, such as a pseudonymous device identifier, pages
viewed, approximate (city-level) location, and device and browser information. It does not
log or store your full IP address, and we do not use it for advertising.
- Analytics is enabled by default when you visit. You can turn it off at any time by
choosing "Decline" in our cookie banner. When you decline, we instruct Google to run in a
restricted, cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode), so no analytics cookies or identifiers
are stored, and your choice is remembered on that browser. - You can also opt out through your browser settings, a privacy extension, or Google's
opt-out add-on. Clearing this site's cookies and storage brings the banner back.
We do not use advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Service providers and sharing
We share personal data only with providers who help us run the Service, under agreements
that require them to protect it:
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Amazon Web Services (S3) — hosting of images and media assets.
- Render — application and database hosting.
- Google — reCAPTCHA (spam protection), Google Analytics (website analytics, unless you
opt out), and email delivery infrastructure.
- Transactional email provider — to send account and billing emails.
- Third-party platforms (e.g. TradingView, browser web stores) — where a product is
provisioned or delivered there, we use the detail you provide (such as your username) to
grant you access on that platform.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the
rights, safety, and property of JSKAPPS, our users, or others; and in connection with a
merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
7. International transfers
We and our providers may process your data on servers located outside your country (for
example, our media storage is hosted in the United States). Where required, we take steps
to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection.
8. Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide
the Service. We retain transaction and invoice records for the period required by
applicable accounting and tax law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
9. Security
We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit
(HTTPS), one-way hashing of passwords and API keys, restricted internal access, and secure,
reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely
secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete,
export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to
certain processing (including opting out of analytics at any time) or withdraw consent.
You can update much of your information from your dashboard, or contact us to exercise these
rights. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also have the
right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do
not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us
data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party sites and platforms
Our apps run on, or link to, third-party platforms (browser web stores, TradingView, and
others). Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and this Policy does not cover
them. Please review their terms separately.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and
revise the "Effective date" above. Significant changes may also be notified to you. Your
continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
